Bydefault, the fieldsaddedto SmartListhave thesame name as thefieldname on the ExtenderWindow. Ifyouwantto change the name ofa fieldto distinguishitfroman existingfield in the SmartList, you can change itusingthe SmartListMaintenance window.
To rename a field:
| 1. | Open SmartList (Microsoft Dynamics GP >> SmartList) |
| 2. | Select Extender from the Additional menu. |
| 3. | Select the SmartList that you want to modify from the SmartList Objects list. |
| 4. | Select the field that you want to rename from the Extender Fields list. |
| 5. | Click the Rename Field button  above the Extender Fields list. |
| 6. | Enter the new name for the field. |
