We are excited to welcome Shawn Zander to the eOne team! Shawn is our Senior QA Engineer and will be working out of our Fargo, ND office. You’ll definitely interact with him in the upcoming months, but in the meantime – take a few moments to get to know him a little bit more.
Q: Do you have any fun projects that you’ve worked on before coming to eOne?
A: Learning a new computer language, JavaScript, and creating new test automation with Cypress.io for the company.
Q: What are you passionate about outside of work?
A: Outside of work I enjoy getting outdoors with my friends and family. I probably spending most of my time helping out in my sons Scouting BSA Troop. Plus, I enjoy coaching football and basketball for my sons teams.
Q: What’s on your bucket list?
A: I have several things on my bucket list:
- Visit all the national parks in the United States
- Visit a remote island with a beautiful beach and stay in a bungalow over the water (have not decided where)
- Scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia
Q: Any fun(ny) eOne memories that first come to mind?
A: Spending the morning with teammates to build and sell a sled with only things you can find at a Thrift Store. Our team name was ‘Old Man Sleds’.
Q: What TV show are you binge watching/watched most recently?
A: The Goldbergs, Jack Ryan, and The Man in the High Castle
