SmartConnect 2016 (20.16.1.13) was tested with these GP releases.  We don’t expect any issues with previous releases of SmartConnect, but they were not run through testing and therefore we are not saying they are compatible.  The currently posted release of NodeBuilder is compatible with these releases for GP.
