Session Title: Married with Systems – you can’t have one without the other

A CRM is not a CRM unless it is integrated to your ERP.  Period.

Every company wants to look increase sales and keep their customers happy. This is a great starting topic to discuss selling ERP and CRM together.  Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Business Central Relationship Management, or another CRM system is only half baked unless it is integrated, with Business Central.

We’ll first take a look at the value and opportunity available through integration, with specific examples of the benefits your finance and sales teams can glean with the full picture of your customers. We’ll discuss how you can push their data throughout their organization for enhanced service and insights from a single view. Then we’ll take a look at approaches for integrating their systems and how to sell this vision to the rest of their organization.

Presenters: Chris Dew and Martin Olsen

Session Title: Keeping it Real: Deep Dive into the Dynamics Connector

We’ll dive into the native Dynamics Connector for Business Central, and find out exactly what functionality is present, and what options there are for configuring it within your system. From the initial setup, to the ongoing syncing options, to how errors or issues are handled – we’ll cover it all and analyze exactly what the connector offers out of the box. Join in the discussion around what is currently available.

Presenter: Chris Hanson

Session Title: Unsolved mysteries of Business Central API’s

OData, SOAP Services, OData v4, the “standard” API. There are multiple options available when it comes to accessing customer data in Business Central. How do you determine which one you use? What are the differences? Do you need to avoid some options?

In this session we will walk through the different APIs and web services available for Business Central. We’ll look at how to set up each web service or API type, the differences between them, and what benefits each have. We’ll dive in and show real examples of calling the services directly through code, using a tool such as postman for testing, and incorporating third-party apps that can leverage those services to get data in and out of Business Central.

Presenter: Chris Hanson

Session Title: Fair Dinkum, Mate: Lead with Integration

Let’s talk about how and why your systems must talk. You cannot just sell ERP any longer. You cannot just sell the Microsoft stack any longer. The Mid Market has changed and are buying software differently in 2018 than in any time in history.  There has never been a better time for you to make your ERP practice more profitable by embracing Cloud Apps, APIs and a variety of Business Productivity Apps.

Make your deals bigger and stickier through leading with integration. You can differentiate your offering from other Microsoft Resellers and other ERP vendors by leading with the integration of your choice.

Learn how to leverage integration to deliver a full solution that showcases Business Central working with other applications. Your customers use more than just an ERP on a day-to-day basis. Identify the apps they are using and bring them together with an integration solution that will knock their socks off. With multiple ERP offerings available to customers today, you need to have a competitive advantage that’ll make your customers say “Wow.”
