eOne Solutions announces strategic partnership with Zendesk, further enhances integration between online customer service platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

FARGO — August 21, 2015 —The companies will be working closely to leverage the SmartConnect Integration platform — simplifying the integration process and enhancing the user experience for future updates.

“This partnership was a natural fit – eOne and Zendesk both share the same customer-centric mindset, and both companies have a great reputation for Microsoft Dynamics integrations,” said eOne CEO, Martin Olsen. “Our first priority is to upgrade the existing solution to be compatible with Dynamics CRM 2015 and to ensure continuity of access for all existing companies that rely on this solution.”

eOne will continue to provide free email and phone support for all customers. The next phase will be to begin improving the integration to make it easy to deploy, manage and troubleshoot. All existing customers that use the integration solution will be able to continue to use it for no cost. For CRM 2015 integrations, the updated solution will be available for $50 per month in the Zendesk Marketplace. The 2015 integration solution will be released during September after a series of strenuous quality assurance reviews. Any Zendesk customers that would like to be part of the beta program are encouraged to request access by emailing zendesk@eonesolutions.com.

“Big development plans are underway for this integrated solution and we’re confident the Zendesk community will appreciate them,” said Olsen. “The integration will be a much more flexible solution for end users, so they can define what data to display and how to display it within the two systems.  The second enhancement will be to expand the flow of data between Zendesk and CRM and make it completely configurable. You will be able to use any data in Zendesk to create any record in CRM – and this fully featured solution will be available early 2016.”

From a customer and prospect perspective the only change is that the integration will receive significantly more focus and attention. More details on release dates will be available in the coming weeks.
