Each Friday, we shine the spotlight on the members of our team to highlight the people behind eOne Solutions. This week we sat down for a little Q&A with Chris Dew, Director of Product Management.
Do you have any nicknames people should know about?
Most people call me Dew. Sometime I hear Mt Dew. You can call me Fearless, or anything really, just not late for dinner.
When did you start and what do you do at eOne?
I started the US Operations for eOne January of 2005. Much of my job centers on providing materials to assist our partners and ensuring our products are getting the features the market demands.
What something really awesome that you’ve done lately at eOne?
Before convergence, I built and launched the eOne Sandbox. The eOne Sandbox to allow our partners and customers the ability to work with Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com integration. (See the eOne Sandbox here!)
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I love Disc Golf (Frisbee Golf), being a Sound Engineer for church & special concerts and I’m passionate about my wife and 3 kids!
What’s on your bucket list?
Watching the Tour de France in France and completing an Ironman Triathlon.
Any eOne memories that first come to mind?
Everybody appreciates a little coworker hazing, so I thought it was pretty funny when we created a complete workstation in the office bathroom for our returning intern. Complete with telephone, wired internet, and two monitors. He even worked in there for 30 minutes until we told him it was a joke!
What’s playing in your headphones?
This week I have played Classical, Smooth Jazz, Electronic Dance Music and Christian Music. Two Favorites this week: Bethel Music and Post Modern Jukebox.
