Convergence is just a few days away. We can hardly wait to get there and see some new and old faces. Before we head into the week, we wanted to introduce the members of our team heading down to Atlanta:
Meet our Director and Manager
Martin Olsen co-founded eOne back in 2001. He has been leading the team in Australia and recently moved to Fargo, ND to help grow the US office. Apart from managing and directing everything at eOne, he is also a master at demoing GP – if you haven’t seen his 7 minute demo – ask him! You will find him presenting at Convergence, meeting with partners and answering any questions you have at the eOne booth #1434!
Meet our Sales and Marketing Team
Chris Dew has been part of our team for 10 years. Fun fact: he launched the US office in Fargo, ND! Now as the Director of Product Management, he’s in charge of pushing our products forward and providing the sales tools our partners need to sell Dynamics GP, CRM and integration within the cloud. This year you’ll find him presenting at multiple sessions, meeting with partners and answering questions at the booth!
Abbey Cooper has been part of the eOne team for 8 years. As Sales Manager, her focus is leading our sales and marketing teams, growing our partnerships and expanding into new markets. She’ll be wearing a lot of hats at Convergence this year assisting with the eOne sales training, serving on a panel about marketing at the partner connections event, meeting with our strategic partners, working the booth at the expo and connecting with our customers!
Alicia Bement has been serving as an Account Manager – working closely with our amazing resellers – as well as making sure the office finances are all in order! She’s been with the team for 1.5 years. This year she’ll be meeting with partners and serving as our Expo booth extraordinaire. Be sure to stop by or set up a time to meet with her!
Naomi Olson just celebrated her 1 year anniversary with eOne. She serves as an Account Manager/AEP Manager. Naomi focuses on working directly with our resellers as well as managing all of our many AEP renewals. This year she’ll be meeting with partners and manning the Expo booth.
Nick Waverek is our Marketing Manager and “Resident CRM Dude” who has almost completed his rookie year at eOne. He was a huge force behind our reIMAGINE event last November and has currently been working hard to launch our new web portal built atop both CRM and GP. He’s also the creative mind behind our new branding. This year he’ll be keeping up with product sessions, listening to feedback and sharing our upcoming plans with customers and partners at the booth.
Kevin Jones is from our Australian office and has been with eOne for 6 years. He is our Senior Developer focusing on our SmartConnect product and making sure we continue to deliver excellent software upgrades, or in his words “Writing bugs for testers to find.” 😉 You can find him at our booth for a quick demo or for any questions on our software products.
Ruaan Jonker will celebrate 6 years with eOne at Convergence! Located in our Australian office, he is our Senior Software Engineer focusing on the further development of SmartConnect. You will find him mainly at our booth – ready to show you a demo of our products and answer any questions of the future of our software.
Chris Hanson joined our team 5.5 years ago and is now our Senior Consultant, focusing mainly on a large amount of online and onsite training sessions, as well as performing services for a variety of companies while implementing our solutions. You’ll find him training at our SmartConnect Boot Camp, at the booth, and presenting a couple of session with Chris Dew on Extender.
Nicole Albertson has been a huge asset to our team for the past 2.5 years. She is our Product Specialist and can be found giving pre-sales demos on SmartList Builder and Extender, writing documentation, managing product releases, QA, training and managing our internal GP system. This year you’ll find her presenting in the 5 SmartList Builder sessions as well as answering questions at the eOne booth!
Lorren Zemke has been with the eOne team for 2 years as our Director of Professional Services. He is responsible for the team that provides you with product support and works with our customer base to provide awesome solutions! His main goal at Convergence will be providing assistance in the booth – showing off our products. He is also available for meetings with customers and partners to discuss issues or upcoming projects. Pat Roth has been with us for 9 months now as our Senior Support Engineer. His main goal is to provide our partners and customers with outstanding support services on all our products. You’ll find him at our booth answering technical questions.
Mark Anderson joined our team 7 months ago as our Senior Technical Consultant/Developer – working with all our eOne products, making sure they’re running well, and training customers. He will be training at our SmartConnect Boot Camp, presenting at our Extender sessions with Chris Dew, and working the booth. One thing he loves about the Microsoft GP channel are all the amazing people.
