Today we are excited to be releasing new builds of Extender, SmartList Builder, SmartView, Flexicoder, and SmartPost.

A new release for each product is being posted for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 as well as Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016.  The 2018 releases have been tested and are compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 R2 as well.

Extender:

The new Extender builds we have posted are version 18.00.0021 for Extender 2018 and 16.00.0071 for Extender 2016.

Here is what is included in the 2018 Release:

Problem Report Fixes:
  • Extender Detail Window: If add new lines to scrolling window and then press Cancel, don’t get a warning
  • Extender Detail Window: If edit an existing record and scroll window data and press cancel, EXT01110 not cleaned up
  • SOP Copy feature is creating Extender data for the wrong document
  • Deleting solution leaves records in the EXT01110 as orphans
  • Need to add back the HotKey option on the Actions – this will go on each action since there can be multiple steps to the actions each with its own hot key.

 

Here is what is included in the 2016 Release:

Problem Report Fixes:
  • Need to add back the HotKey option on the Actions – this will go on each action since there can be multiple steps to the actions each with its own hot key.
  • Deleting solution leaves records in the EXT01110 as orphans

SmartList Builder:

The new SmartList Builder builds we have posted are version 18.00.00015 for SmartList Builder 2018 and 16.00.0033 for SmartList Builder 2016.  

Here is what is included in the 2018 Release:

Problem Report Fixes
  • SQL Maintenance doesn’t drop/create Navigation Lists Table
  • Running SLB Refresh Lists deletes all fields from ERB report when using SQL Script table type
  • Can’t see Actions for NLB Reports that were upgraded from 2013/2015
  • ERB using text on all not matched fields
  • Custom Series doesn’t work in Shortcuts
  • When opening the SLB window, custom series will show under Microsoft Dynamics GP product
  • Linking additional “Add SmartList” after the previous one shows Link Fields from previous link
  • If have SmartList open when move a list from one series to another, it goes under Additional instead
  • When using db name in SQL script, preview fails
  • Using Goto SmartList fails if the target smartlist has been modified by SLB
  • Matching table fields set as (Blank) switch to (Not Matched) in Matched Tables window
  • Allow users to delete the create view process for all companies if they want

  • Convert Favorites not converting all restrictions properly on Account Summary SmartList
  • SmartView favorite doesn’t get converted properly for calculated fields
  • SV Internal fails SmartView login if password has semicolon in it

Here is what is included in the 2016 Release:

Problem Report Fixes:

Flexicoder:

The new Flexicoder builds we have posted are version 18.0.2 for Flexicoder 2018 and 16.0.2 for Flexicoder 2016.  

Here is what is included in the 2018 Release:

Problem Report Fixes:
  • Flexicoder adding extra distribution when recoding the cash account on a SOP invoice that was transferred from an order.
  • Limited users receive an error launching Dynamics GP when Flexicoder is installed
  • When you enter an invoice with a negative item quantity and positive proces, it uses the wrong sales account.
  • Flexicoder Registration – not able to reach registration window in company other than TWO

Here is what is included in the 2016 Release:

Problem Report Fixes:

  • Run Once trigger set to run later today doesn’t run until the next day
  • SmartPost does not have option to use SSL to connect to email server
  • SmartPost not respecting workflow status for Payables Manual Check batches
  • User: sa does not have sufficient privileges to access tables in company
  • SmartPost/Posting Routine – Not all required fields marked as required
  • SmartPost cannot be registered when installed on binary sql instance
