Have you ever wanted to test a new version of SmartConnect while keeping the version you have running? Well now you can do it using the same SQL Server! The SmartConnect 2016 release allows you to set the name of the SmartConnect database to whatever you want (ie SmartConnectTEST, SCDEV, SCProduction, etc) and do multiples on the same server. Additionally, we have let you name the SmartConnect user to any name you want as well. All this is done at the time of installation which also allows our hosting partners to more efficiently deliver SmartConnect as a solution.
