We will dig into a real-life scenario and discuss why they decided to build theses lists in SLB, as well as how they found the data and what functions they used and why. This is a highly interactive session where we review, praise and critically analyze one company’s implementation of SmartList Builder.
On Completion users will have stepped through a real world implementation of SmartList Builder, and understand the what was done well and what could have been done better.

Description: An interactive review of things you need to consider and scope internally when you’re going to integrate your systems with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the most common “gotcha’s” people overlook along the way.

• Understand important questions to answer and areas to scope when doing CRM Integrations (especially for synchronizing customer data and sales order processing scenarios).

Description: Gathering feedback is a very important step towards understanding your customer and being able to intelligently engage with them. This session will take a deep dive into the new native Microsoft Dynamics CRM survey solution, Voice of the Customer, and will also review other options for leveraging survey data within Microsoft CRM.
Learning Objectives:
• Attendees will be able to understand what is required for set up of Voice of the Customer in Microsoft CRM and technical requirements.
• Attendees will be able to see what the experience looks like to use the Voice of the Customer within their CRM.
• Attendees will learn about other available survey tools that can be leveraged with Microsoft CRM.
