Microsoft has introduced an issue with the embedded widget in Business Central loading properly on the new221 version. If your Sandbox or Production environments have been updated you may see a blank screen where you would normally see the lists.
We are actively working with Microsoft on a resolution and expect a fix today. More information at this link.
