Microsoft has introduced an issue with the embedded widget in Business Central loading properly on the new
221 version. If your Sandbox or Production environments have been updated you may see a blank screen where you would normally see the lists.
We are actively working with Microsoft on a resolution and expect a fix today. More information at this link.
