brady

This week we introduce to you, Brady Swenson, one of the brilliant members of our support and services team. The new guy on team, Brady has brings a wealth of knowledge around Dynamics CRM and GP. I sat down with Brady and asked him a few questions, and here’s what he had to say.

Do you have any nicknames people should know about?
My family and friends call me “B” on occasion.

When did you start and what do you do at eOne?
I started at eOne August 17th 2015 – My current responsibility is to get ramped up on all the eOne products, primarily focusing on SmartConnect.  The past couple of months I have been helping out the support team by taking a variety of support calls.  I will eventually transition over to the consulting team to help out with more SmartConnect related projects.

What is something really awesome that you’ve done lately at eOne?
I have enjoyed working with the eOne products and getting to know the people at eOne.  I would say being involved with the support team, learning from the consultants, and helping out with the SmartnerParty have been highlights so far.

What are you passionate about outside of work?
When I’m away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family.  My wife and I have 3 kids (ages 9, 6, and 18 months) who keep us busy.  I’m blessed to have such a wonderful family who enjoys spending time together.  My passions change with the seasons, so if its summer time, then I like to spend time outside as much as I can.  Golfing and fishing usually top the summer activity list, along with going for bike rides and hitting up the local parks with the family.  When it starts to get cold, I like to spend time pretending I can play basketball.

What’s on your bucket list?
I’ve not sat down and made a list before, but if I had to it would probably include: Play golf at Augusta National Golf Club (site of the Masters), learn to play the guitar, go to a NBA Finals game, go to a NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship game, and take more family trips across the country. If I don’t get to any of those things, it’s because I am ruthlessly training to conquer Stage 1 of American Ninja Warrior.

Any eOne memories that first come to mind?
My first week at eOne I was “Hoffed” when I had stepped away from my desk for a meeting and I mistakenly left my computer unlocked.  When I returned to my workstation I found a picture of David Hasselhoff snuggling with a strategically placed puppy plastered everywhere (I’m talking desktop background, all my desktop icons, and my locked icon picture..etc.).

The Smartner Party was a fun event as well and I “got to” wear the Bob the SmartList Builder costume.  If you happened to attend the Smartner Party and took a picture with Bob, there is a good chance you took your picture with me this year!  I haven’t seen all the pictures, but from what I understand I wasn’t placed in too many compromising positions.

What’s playing in your headphones?
My playlist differs from week to week and I really do not have one favorite.  Weezer, Eric Church, Jake Owen, James Bay, Matt & Kim, Toby Mac, and some instrumental songs that have a good beat can be in my headphones at any given time.  I’d say my playlists are generally pretty laid back.

We hope you enjoyed meeting Brady– feel free reach out to him at brady.swenson@eonesolutions.com.
