Each eOne Spotlight we hope you enjoy getting to know a little bit more about each individual who makes eOne happen! This week I took some time to get to know Naomi Olson, our Renewal & Account Manager.
Do you have any nicknames people should know about?
I really don’t have any nicknames, at least that people say to my face!
When did you start and what do you do at eOne?
I started at eOne about 14 months ago as the Renewal (AEP) Manager and take care of anything related to AEP which includes reporting, accounts receivables and invoicing. Along with that I’ve recently taken on the role as an Account Manager where I meet and work with our channel of great Partners to ensure that they have all the resources that they need and are taken care of.
What is something really awesome that you’ve done lately at eOne?
I have been working and enjoying building our relationships with our Partners as well as learning more in depth of all our eOne tools.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I am passionate about my family and love spending time outdoors golfing, camping, gardening and biking.
What’s on your bucket list?
I would love to train to be able to compete in a Triathlon.
Any eOne memories that first come to mind?
The most recent that comes to mind was when I was on the phone last week with one of our Partners trying to assist with providing registration keys for one of their customers. We were having internet issues and so instead of emailing him the keys I had to provide them verbally over the phone. I didn’t realize there was a standard alpha numeric system and so I was using random names and things as a reference to the letter. Everyone that was in the office that could hear was laughing and I ended up laughing so hard I was crying and couldn’t talk …I guess you maybe had to be there. 🙂
What’s playing in your headphones?
If it’s not the 80’s then I am enjoying the silence.
