SmartConnect Office Hours: Troubleshooting Scheduled Maps

• Our topic for the day focused on troubleshooting scheduled maps. We specifically looked at scheduler instances, time zones, security and logs.

  • We are having difficulty reaching a non-GP table in our database. Trying to add an order and write to a user-defined-field in a SalesPad table. Can reach this field on the Source Column via MySQL lookup but need to reach it on the Destination Column side to write to this field. Can you help?
