Support to back you
Never be stuck
Every customer is different and may require various levels of support, depending on their internal staff skill set, complexity of the project, and time available to work on special projects.
We have put together two options to help you decide the level of support you need:
- Hourly Support, available to purchase at the eOne Shop.
- Unlimited Support Plans, so you’re always covered.
What’s included?
- Support via phone, email, and chat.
- The support desk is open from 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT (UTC -6:00), Monday through Friday.
- The support desk is available for general questions like “How do I do…”, “I’m not sure what I have done wrong”, “Why does this error message arise”, etc. The support desk is not available for the completion of consulting activities, development projects, or general staff training.
- Each individual issue/support call will be logged into our CRM case management system. All time relating to that issue (either via phone or time spent answering faxes or emails) will be added to the original log. Once the log for any support issue exceeds 60 minutes, eOne will review if this call is of a support or consulting nature. If the call needs to be passed to our development or consulting team for completion as it is not of a support nature, then an estimate will be provided for completion, and prepayment of these consulting services is required.
- eOne does not charge clients for support work where the issues are determined to be a bug within eOne software. Any charges made in this instance will be reversed.

Personalized and Self-Paced
There are multiple options for those interested in training with eOne. The key is to find the right option for your team and your situation.
eOne University
Conveniently become an expert on your own time with eOne’s self-paced training. Access self-paced training for Popdock, SmartList Builder, Extender, and more.
Classroom Training
Work hands-on with one of our expert trainers to gain the skills you need to start integrating smarter. eOne offers bootcamps focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, Popdock, and migration scenarios.
Onsite Training
Onsite Training is the go-to solution for companies looking to immerse their team in our software. We send a trainer to your site to provide two full days of training and an additional one to two days of onsite supervision covering implementation and additional questions.
Online 1:1 Training
Get a personalized introduction to your toolset and walk through the setup of a scenario or two in a series of 1-hour or 2-hour sessions. You’ll have the benefit of working 1:1 with an eOne training and including as many team members as you’d like to join virtually.
Building solutions for you
eOne employs only the very best people. We believe in seeing projects through from start to finish. The person who starts your project with you will be the person who sits on every project meeting and sees you through to the completion of another ragingly successful eOne software project.
Design
Our consultant will meet with you and review your plans and needs. Based on your requirements, we will determine the specific mix of tools to complete your project. We will help you document your project, identify the most cost-effective solution, and plan out the project tasks, responsibilities, and budget. Only after the scoping plan is complete and both parties sign the ‘go ahead’ do we begin on the project itself.
Implementation
To help our customers get started and complete projects, we have built up a team of software implementation experts who know everything there is to know about all of our products. Our consultants are ready to work with your in-house IT team and/or with your partner to deliver your eOne integration, migration, and reporting solutions.
Review & Optimize
Whether you need help reviewing your solution design, someone technical to complete the setup, or a guru to come in and audit the work you’ve done in-house – then we have the right people. eOne is ready to help you achieve your outcome with the smartest, most efficient, and most cost-effective solution.
