Rights and Privileges
“eOne” grants you access to the “services” in accordance with these Terms of us. In accordance with this access, you confirm that you will not use the “services” for any unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to change or remove the content in the services at any time.
Purchases
Any products or services purchased through the “services” may ask you to supply information relevant to your purchase including personal data. Some purchases may be billed on a subscription or renewal basis and can be automated. These payments will be automatically billed to the card that you stored on file. If no card is on file, it will be invoiced for payment. You can change the auto payment options and Payment Methods at any time by logging into your account and going to My Account and selecting Automatic Payments and Payment Methods. All subscription purchases can be upgraded or cancelled at anytime, but require 12 month commitment from initial purchase date of current plan before downgrading. eOne Integrated Business Solutions reserves the right to terminate your use of its services for any reason and at any time.
Communications with eOne
In browsing the eOne sites or emailing any “eOne” addresses, you are choosing to communicate with eOne. The creation of an account using any of the “services”, the sending of an email, posting to a forum, or the use of any other communication options, constitutes agreement with “eOne” to communicate electronically. You may opt-out at any time by changing your subscription options here.
Communication with Others
Some of the sites may have options for forums, social features, etc. that allow you to share information with other users of the site. If you choose to use these features, you are responsible for any data shared and please note that any information shared in these features may be shared with the public. We ask that if you use the features, you take into account the audience and are considerate in your postings. “eOne” reserves the right to remove any posts that are deemed inappropriate in content or are prohibited by law.
