The duplicate map function allows users to copy the settings from a current map, and then make amendments rather than creating a map from scratch.
To duplicate a map:
| 2. | The map id drop-down list contains all maps that the current user has security to access. Select a map to copy. |
| 3. | Enter an id for the new map. Map id's must be unique. |
| 4. | Enter a description for the new map. |
| 5. | Select the Duplicate button to start the copy process. The user will be prompted when the copy process has completed. Note: map security permissions are also copied from the original map to the new map. |
| 6. | Select the Close button to close the window. |
